Zodiac and Celestial Staffs with EStorage and Fast Casting attributes - Guild Wars Forums

Do they exist? I haven't seen many of those in general so I just wonder.

I've seen zodiac staves with energy storage req, and heard friends talking about fast casting ones

don't know about celestial staves, they're not often inscribable (hoh drops) so they don't really interest me
